Sr Business Systems Analyst I

Location: Sao Paulo
Department: Information Technology

This position is responsible for applications, desktop services, and hardware, ensuring seamless operations and support for our Brazil office. This role will work with the Global IT organization and requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of business processes, IT infrastructure, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT applications, desktop services, and hardware management.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is preferred.
• Experience with Office365, integration tools, and project management tools.
