Sr. Brand Manager – Smirnoff

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven marketing leader to manage the Smirnoff brand with a proven track record in strategic thinking, consumer insights, brand development, and effective execution. This role requires someone who can navigate the full marketing process—from concept to execution—while demonstrating strong business acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate will be action-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams (ATL/BTL plans) simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and excellence in every consumer interaction. We are looking for a balance of brand activation expertise, business insight, and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners across a fast-paced and competitive category. Impact, boldness, and creativity are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Smirnoff strategy, including the development of a 5-year vision and annual business plans.
  • Translate local and global strategies into integrated marketing initiatives based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market dynamics.
  • Manage the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with growth drivers, market share, financial goals, and the delivery of brand and communication plans.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, global and local brand teams, Customer Marketing, Market Insights, and Innovation to design and execute comprehensive brand plans across Media, Culture, Activation, On-Trade, Off-Trade, and Events.
  • Lead and mentor a brand team, fostering talent development and encouraging a collaborative, high-performance culture.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in brand management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments.
  • Strong execution capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
  • A passion for hospitality, celebration, and entertainment.
  • High levels of accountability and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
