We're seeking a seasoned Senior Back End Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead our back-end development efforts and architect robust solutions that power our software products. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and optimizing back-end components that ensure the stability, performance, and functionality of our software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and efficient back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain back-end components using advanced technologies.
• Implement APIs, data processing, and integration with external services.
• Drive back-end development best practices, code reviews, and standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex back-end issues and bugs.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior back-end engineers.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in back-end development.
• Influence and contribute to evolving software engineering methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in back-end software engineering or related roles.
• Expert proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python, Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, .Net, Go.
• Strong understanding of API design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with optimizing application performance and database interactions.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make architecture decisions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities with a history of mentoring and guiding teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality back-end solutions on schedule.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and software development methodologies.
