We are a Global FP&A Team based in Sao Paulo. Our purpose is to maximize business value from FP&A, combining business acumen with forward looking analytics to deliver insights that boldly drive our business towards a healthier future.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Finance/Data Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and effectively communicate these to technical teams for successful project execution.
2. Design and Implement BI Projects: Design architectures, model data, test new features, and meticulously document processes to ensure seamless BI project delivery.
3. Global Collaboration: Work within a global matrixed environment to define data structures for financial reports and lead their implementation, ensuring consistency and accuracy across regions.
4. Develop Advanced Analytics Tools: Create and deploy advanced analytics tools to facilitate a self-service approach, empowering teams with actionable insights.
5. Enhance FP&A Processes: Drive improvements in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging data and tools to generate value.
6. Support Systems Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems by testing and deploying changes to the current FP&A environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

1. Completed bachelor’s degree (minimum).
2. Previous experience in Data & Finance.
3. BI Projects (gathering user requirements / designing architecture / data modeling / testing / documentation).
4. Advanced/fluent skills in English are essential (presentations, listening and written).
5. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Self-starter mentality, proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. The ability to identify, recommend, implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
8. Ability to manage large datasets, meet deadlines, and present complex ideas clearly.
9. Strong initiative with a can-do attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
