This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any LATAM office in Aon.

What the day will look like

• Perform account management functions for regional clients in Human Capital.
• Collect and analyze data on coverages and loss experience and provide support in preparing strategic presentations for regional clients.
• Manage the list of outstanding issues for each of the assigned clients and open items of each country in the coordination process.
• Consolidate the renewal process calendar and information of the countries and present it to the regional client.
• Monitor and follow up on updating policy information in the corresponding systems.
• Address and resolve problems and work as a main point of escalations.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Professional experience in benefits insurance.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other technological tools (PBI is a plus).
• Experience in HR advisory is a plus.
