Atuar como referência técnica na equipe de engenharia de software, liderando o desenvolvimento de soluções complexas com autonomia. Promova boas práticas, segurança e diretrizes corporativas, incentivando a colaboração e o compartilhamento de conhecimento. Introduza novas tecnologias e ofereça suporte técnico para outras áreas.

Principais Responsabilidades

1. Guiar a equipe na entrega de projetos complexos e de alta qualidade.
2. Defender e implementar novas tecnologias para maior eficiência.
3. Resolver problemas críticos e atuar em escalonamentos.
4. Cultivar uma cultura colaborativa, inclusiva e inovadora.
5. Garantir melhoria contínua por meio de feedbacks e otimização de processos.

Qualificações

1. Superior completo em Engenharia da Computação ou área relacionada.
2. Inglês fluente.
3. Proficiência em linguagens de programação: Java, JavaFX, JavaScript, SQL, Python.
4. Experiência com frameworks web modernos: Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, Quasar.js.
5. Sólido conhecimento em tecnologias front-end: HTML, CSS.
6. Experiência com gerenciamento e manutenção de bancos de dados: Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite.
7. Capacidade de projetar e implementar arquiteturas escaláveis.
8. Experiência com controle de versão e colaboração usando Git e GitLab.
9. Conhecimento em pipelines de CI/CD e automação de deploy.
10. Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de código e segurança: SonarQube, IQ Server, Fortify.
