Position Characteristics:

  • Our hiring model is as a contractor (PJ).
  • We work 100% in-person in Belo Horizonte.
  • Advanced English.
  • Immediate availability.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years managing social media in companies or agencies, familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok;
  • Proficient in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), and data analysis (Google Analytics). Basic SEO knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong writing skills, adaptable to different audiences, with basic design and storytelling abilities;
  • Experience creating content calendars, analyzing trends, and managing multiple campaigns;
  • Able to handle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and manage crises professionally;
  • Understanding of digital marketing and brand consistency across channels;
  • Analytical, creative, organized, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams;

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update social media profiles, ensuring content aligns with the brand;
  • Develop and execute content calendars, including seasonal campaigns;
  • Create and collaborate on engaging content (text, images, videos);
  • Engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages;
  • Monitor and report performance metrics;
  • Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and adjust social media plans accordingly;
  • Manage crises and feedback professionally;
  • Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns;
  • Stay updated on platform changes and trends;
