Requirements:
2–4 years managing social media in companies or agencies, familiar with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok;
Proficient in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), and data analysis (Google Analytics). Basic SEO knowledge is a plus;
Strong writing skills, adaptable to different audiences, with basic design and storytelling abilities;
Experience creating content calendars, analyzing trends, and managing multiple campaigns;
Able to handle multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and manage crises professionally;
Understanding of digital marketing and brand consistency across channels;
Analytical, creative, organized, and experienced in working with cross-functional teams;
Responsibilities:
Manage and update social media profiles, ensuring content aligns with the brand;
Develop and execute content calendars, including seasonal campaigns;
Create and collaborate on engaging content (text, images, videos);
Engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages;
Monitor and report performance metrics;
Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and adjust social media plans accordingly;
Manage crises and feedback professionally;
Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns;
Stay updated on platform changes and trends;
