Job Description

What will you do?

Your mission will be to drive SIOP process transformation in South America towards a more digital and decision driven process with a strong cross-functional collaboration. In charge of Business Units SIOP one will work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into a E2E Supply Chain strategy and orchestration to enable growth objectives.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  1. Lead SIOP process at Business Unit Level for South America region
  2. Forecast Accuracy continuous improvement
  3. Map and adopt digital tools fostering a more digital and decision driven process
  4. Work closely with Finance BPs to reconciliate Rolling Forecast with SIOP figures, identify gaps and prioritize scope for action plans with Business and Sales Operations.
  5. Demand Plan accountability, validation of future forecast main drivers and deviations from target.
  6. E2E Supply Chain optimization and orchestration to resolve constraints, improve reliability and increment sales.
  7. Inventory Healthy action plans animation with Business Units and Sales Operations

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  1. Degree preferred in engineering or exact sciences
  2. Relevant track record working in Planning domains: demand, supply, inventory and SIOP.
  3. Fluent English and advanced Spanish
  4. Advanced skills in SAP and Advanced Planning Systems such as SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, Oracle.
  5. Critical thinking and strong analytical skills able to work with large amounts of data
  6. Continuous improvement skills (PDCA, Lean, 6Sigma) with ability to improve processes and KPIs.
  7. Communication with stakeholders, exposure with senior leaders and ability to deliver clear and objective messages to ease decision making.
