ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

1. Learn and become an expert in the use of SHINING 3D Metrology 3D scanner.
2. Perform installation, training, demo, and support for customers, both in-house and on-site. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
3. Support sales team in the sales process, providing product recommendations for customers’ applications that enhance their business efficiency.
4. Stay updated with competitor information and market trends.
5. Cooperate with sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities for the company.
6. Serve as SHINING 3D’s primary point of technical contact for handling troubleshooting, maintenance, and service.
7. Represent SHINING 3D at webinars, virtual events, and in-person tradeshows when applicable.
8. Travel required to support above listed responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Prefer a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the areas of metrology, engineering, manufacturing, or quality control.
2. A minimum of 2 years of technical related experience (3D scanner, portable arm, CMM, inspection, quality control, CAD / CAM, or metrology solutions).
3. Ability to interpret engineering drawings for dimensional control requirements. GD&T experience preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn independently to find solutions to potential customer’s problems.
5. Professional demeanor and confidence in presenting to a group of people.
6. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and alongside SHINING 3D’s management and sales team.
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English is preferred.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
