Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Analyze feedback and usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure products offer an intuitive, efficient, and pleasant experience.
Collaborate with product, development, marketing teams, and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Plan and conduct usability tests to validate hypotheses and designs.
Interpret results and implement improvements based on obtained insights.
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards for consistency across all products.
Promote best UX/UI practices within the organization.
Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and industry tools.
Propose innovations and new approaches to enhance user experience continuously.
Qualifications (must have):
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing experience and interface design skills.
Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Exceptional visual and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced/Fluent English (written, reading, and speaking);
Nice to have:
Experience in the cybersecurity sector or B2B technology companies.
Knowledge of UI Design with the ability to create attractive and functional interfaces.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better communication with the development team.
Experience with accessibility and inclusive design.
Certifications or courses in UX/UI Design.
Knowledge of security standards and regulations impacting user experience.
