Senior Specialist, Product Management, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) Overview

By integrating proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard’s differentiation and business growth.

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to support product solutions and P&L management for our CA&E Lines of Business: Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield.

This role will support managing Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield and help ensure the product is scaled across the Region. The position will need to have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the product meets local market needs, and be able to proactively contribute to enhancing and innovating the product line by collecting the requirements for future development. This position will ensure the product meets local market needs, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partner closely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that the product is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive the desired business outcomes. This position will work closely across the Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, Loyalty and Dynamic Yield
  2. Bring global product to the region, including use cases
  3. Fuel and understand global roadmap
  4. Budget and forecast tracking
  1. Lead Product Localization and GTM
  2. Manage Studio process (including pricing)
  3. Close involvement on pilots
  4. Vendor/partner management
  5. Offers sourcing (in-market)
  1. Act as Regional SME
  2. Understand competitive landscape
  3. Map regional pain points/needs
  4. Training and educational sessions to Account Managers / Sales
  5. Measure value and articulate impact

All About You

  • Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a product, sales or marketing client services with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
  • Expert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martech solutions.
  • Coming mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech (e.g., ecommerce, marketplaces, etc.), IT industries or digital marketing agencies, with experience in dealing product, digital marketing, strategic planning.
  • Business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience in launching and scaling products in dynamic markets.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.
  • Skilled in influencing and motivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals.
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans.
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and Martech platforms capable of navigating complex deals and engaging with executive-level clients.
  • Good understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
  • Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
  • International and matrixed organizational experience is highly desirable.
  • Good networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency.
  • Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Experience in applying data to life cycle management decisions.
  • Graduated from top universities in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics. Postgraduate in Marketing, technology or related areas desirable.
