Responsibilities

1. Develop front and back-end applications based on our stack, from scratch or improve upon any current implementation.
2. Understand business functional requirements and refine the technical details, establish DOR.
3. Break down tasks for other developers and offer guidance to the team when they are blocked.
4. Work with developers to create new code, maintain the existing code and propose enhancements to existing features when applicable.
5. Work with quality engineers to create and enhance tests, from unit tests to integration tests, functional tests, and test cases to cover existing features.
6. Establish clear and crisp communication with the client by building up knowledge on delivered features.
7. Participate actively in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective). Achieve on-time delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications

1. Great English skills - You'll communicate with international teams!
2. Solid fundamentals in software design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
3. Solid experience with Front End with React / NextJS.
4. Experience with C# and .NET Core RESTful APIs and services.
5. Knowledge of principles of programming like SOLID, OOP, etc. and Design Patterns.
6. Experience in designing and developing API-based integrations, microservices architecture.
7. Experience in improving software performance using tools and metrics.
8. Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
9. Experience with GitHub source control.
10. Experience working in an Agile environment & frameworks.
11. Willing to help teammates and orient/educate less proficient co-workers.

Desirable

1. Knowledge of event-driven architecture, DDD and/or Clean Architecture.
2. Multithreading knowledge.
3. Knowledge of test automation, especially with Cypress and Postman.
4. Motivated by building world-class solutions that impact millions of users worldwide.
5. Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Frontend JS Frameworks (preferably Angular).
