THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer for our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Brazil!

The Partner team is responsible for bringing new Partners into Wellhub and ensuring a good experience during the process. We take care of sales flow for these Partners (negotiation, success, renegotiation, integration to the other systems, cancellation, and retention).

YOUR IMPACT

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
  • Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems;
  • Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows;
  • Work in agile development and quick prototypes, and you strive to see your work in action;
  • Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems;
  • Be able to make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product;
  • Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO;
  • Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
  • Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
  • Maintain quality from every feature developed;
  • Be able to assume responsibility for initiatives;
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
  • Experience in Aura and Web Components;
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
  • Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
  • Experience in Agile ecosystems;
  • Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving;
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
  • Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture;
  • You need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English;
  • Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping other team members to deliver the tasks with quality and improve their knowledge.
