About the team
The Revenue Operations job family is the critical link between the development and execution of the sales and go-to-market strategy. This team handles a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities, including compensation/incentive plan modeling, sales technology planning, territory structuring and alignment, lead management, process optimization, data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
About the right team member
This role is critical in shaping the future of our sales technology ecosystem by driving the development of our Sales AI roadmap and leading key AI initiatives for Mindbody and ClassPass. The Senior Project Manager of Sales AI Systems will lead innovative AI-driven initiatives prioritized by the Director of Revenue Acceleration and broader AI DACI. This role requires a deep understanding of sales systems and processes, proven experience with Salesforce and related tools, a sharp curiosity and ability to quickly learn, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business outcomes.
