Sr Project Manager – Fueling Solutions Global Program Management.

Purpose of Position

Experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in Agile methodologies, Field Trials, and Proof of Concept (POC) management. This senior-level position requires a leader capable of overseeing complex, high-impact projects that involve the development and deployment of innovative technologies, ensuring smooth execution from concept to real-world implementation.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing cross-functional teams, working with stakeholders, and applying Agile principles to drive continuous improvement and value delivery. They will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the successful execution of field trials and POCs that meet client requirements, business objectives, and regulatory standards.

As a Senior Project Manager, will provide strategic oversight and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Managing ambiguity, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and drive actions post initiation on solutions from design / requirement analysis through delivery, picking up ownership after initial discussion and scoping;
2. Support cross functional teams and work with engineering team to define clear solutions and development of solutions, working across product groups and geographies;
3. Define clear product and solutions specifications and drive gap analysis / estimating of work content;
4. Provide hands on project management;
5. Actively manage project plans and deliverables as well as the 9 knowledge areas of Project Management (PMI);
6. Prepare communication plans and related project status reports;
7. Effectively apply internal development process known as APD and enforce defined project standards;
8. Develop Functional Specifications and Change Notices;
9. Act as the Program Technical Customer Interface;
10. Day to Day management of program team personnel and communication with key stakeholders;
11. Primary technical contact for project related issues;
12. Oversee the entire project life cycle and manage cross-functional team from project initiation to production release;
13. Provide value added services through a consultative, value-added approach;
14. Develop and manage program schedule ensuring on time delivery of agreed to milestones and deliverables;

Background and Skill:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience;
2. Experience in product development with extensive cross functional exposure preferred;
3. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish;
4. Experience on Agile Project Methodologies including Software lifecycle implementation;
5. Experience on Field Trials, POC Development and Management, including Risk Management, Feedback loop, documentation and reporting;
6. Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience;
7. Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
