Your role in our future

We are looking for a dynamic Professional Services Consultant to be the technical expert for both external and internal projects. This role involves business development, client collaboration, project leadership, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process optimization, enterprise solutions, and Customer Communication Management (CCM), specifically with Quadient Inspire products.

• Serve as the technical expert on projects, providing guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage in business development activities, including presenting solutions to clients and preparing SOWs.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to align resources and prioritize projects.
• Collaborate with senior decision-makers to leverage technology for solving business problems.
• Funnel innovative ideas to product managers for development.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members.
• Participate in ISMS and QMS audits to ensure compliance.

Your profile

• MUST be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish as a second language is desired.
• Proficiency in business process re-engineering.
• Expertise in managing projects and engagements.
• Experience with enterprise-level analytics, technology, and software.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Creative problem-solving skills using business and technology expertise.
• Extensive experience in the CCM industry.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Professional Services Consultant with Quadient Inspire products.
• Ability to negotiate resources and priorities with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 35%).
