Job Description Summary:
Provides support for dealer specific product or service development.
What you will do:
Contribute to the Caterpillar and dealer business plan by increasing service profitability, effective service capability and efficiency, contributing to dealer service product growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Main duties but not limited to:
Dealer development:
Get involved in dealer's operations, visit dealers frequently and participate actively in different certifications as Warehouse Assessments.
Deploy and support new Caterpillar initiatives to develop dealer capabilities to improve dealer efficiency and customer experience.
Develop Dealer technician plan yearly and govern execution.
Point of contact and support for dealer effectiveness, safety, process improvement, and warranty policy.
