The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all marketing activities, creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, managing projects, and ensuring company messages are consistent. Oversees the marketing assistants.

You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• 2-3 years Administrative Management experience
• 2-3 years Operations Admin or Support experience
• 2-3 years Marketing experience

A bonus to have:

• Diploma/Degree and/or Business Management Degree

What You’ll do for the Brand:

• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing strategy objectives and sales forecasts.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Ensure promotional materials are ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department.
• Support regional marketing teams with major campaigns.
• Research competitive products and maintain research databases.
• Monitor budgets by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
• Ensure messages are consistent with marketing strategies.
• Coordinate flow of information and communication according to plan/strategy.
• Manage and coordinate special projects.
• Work directly with senior management on projects.
• Manage advertising in print, TV, and online.
• Identify branding and partnership opportunities.
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to current marketing standards.
• Set marketing budget and ensure goals are met.
• Manage junior marketing team and intern.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
