As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will play a critical role in managing TA deployment for a function / sub-region. You'll leverage standard work and Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools to drive team performance and candidate / client satisfaction. This role is based onsite in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. Managing headcount and capacity across the team. Assign requisitions for direct reports.
2. Leading operational rigor through mature utilization of DBS to drive team performance and process improvements.
3. Participate in communities of practice across functions to enable best practice sharing, leverage talent communities, and problem-solve.
4. Implement diversity recruiting strategies (partner organizations, ARG involvement, brand channels, campaigns).
5. Enforce and consult on standard work, deploy and drive adoption of new technology.
6. Apply available framework and tools to activate employer brand in the region.
7. Onboard new team members, coach and develop for current and future roles, complete people management tasks (P4G, D4G, compensation planning).
8. Consult as Business Relationship Manager for regional HR and business leaders.

Preferred Background and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment in an in-house talent acquisition model; experience leading a team preferred.
3. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
4. Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and build trust.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to make recommendations.
6. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of basic employment law for relevant countries.

Language Skills:

English fluency required. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are beneficial.

Travel:

10% travel (domestic & international).
