MedTech Surgery is conducting a transformation program called Hit Next. This role will be part of the Supply Chain PMO office supporting and coordinating all supply chain and network aspects of this transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, PMO Supply Chain MTST, will drive development and execution of the determined programs. They will develop data management and reporting practices to ensure programs within the platforms remain on track. They will investigate, highlight and mitigate interdependencies – ensuring on time and in budget delivery.

Tactical responsibilities include:

  • Leading or supporting project case development, CAPEX approval and management, project plans design and execution, and establishing effective governance processes to ensure strategy advancement.
  • Providing global leadership and managing multi-level, cross-site, cross-functional teams passionate about the end-to-end execution of projects aligned with business strategies.
  • Driving identification of project ideas, team composition, execution plans and manufacturing hand off as the need arises to ensure smooth execution and implementation.
  • Sponsoring smaller projects as needed, in alignment with the established strategic roadmap to enable successful completion.
  • Building strong cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
  • Following defined processes & procedures related to program execution to ensure compliance and meet business results.
  • Recommending solutions based on understanding of multiple departments/functions and their interrelationships.
  • Encouraging relations with all applicable development group/efforts to actively influence design and project outcomes.
  • Follows all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001).
  • Presenting business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Science or related area of study preferred. Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Experience in a business or technical role within the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to adopt financial goals and use customer-focused decision making.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and drive alignment in a global environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Project Management Mastery.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building business strategies and driving strategy implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data with respect to project management of financial management.

Preferred:

  • Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and/or Biologics experience.
  • People management experience.
  • Six Sigma/Process Excellence and/or Project Management/PMP/FPX certification.
  • Financial analytical experience.

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
  • This is a duration-based position with an anticipated end date on or around December 2026.
  • Eligible for severance.
