Senior Java Backend Developer

Job Description :

• 7 years as a Java backend developer with experience in Core Java 11 and server-side frameworks such as Java Spring.
• Experience in Data Transformation and Migration.
• Solid grasp of backend application development with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as a focus on teamwork and customer support.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly complex problems.
• Technical agility with experience in continuous integration build tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, Nexus, Confluence, GIT, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, and RunDeck is a plus.
• Experience with Restful services and working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security principles, including Encryption, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Experience with the Apache Beam framework.
• Experience working in a TDD/BDD environment and utilizing technologies such as JUnit, Rest Assured, Appium, and Cucumber frameworks for APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiar with secure development best practices.
• Familiar with deploying applications to the cloud (GCP preferred).
• Experience in REST API design and implementation is a plus.
• Experience in databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
