Senior Java Backend Developer

Job Description :

• 7 years as a Java backend developer with experience in Core Java 11 and server-side frameworks like Java Spring.
• Experience in Data Transformation and Migration.
• Solid grasp of backend application development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a customer support focus.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills on highly complex problems with technical agility.
• Experience in continuous integration and build tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, Sonar, Nexus, Confluence, GIT, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, and RunDeck is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful services and working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security principles including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with the Apache Beam framework.
• Experience working in a TDD/BDD environment and utilizing technologies such as JUnit, Rest Assured, Appium, and Cucumber frameworks for APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Familiar with secure development best practices.
• Familiar with deploying applications to the cloud (GCP preferred).
• REST API design and implementation is good to have.
• Experience with databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL) is good to have.
