The Senior Instock Manager position offers a dynamic introduction to our online retail business and a training ground for future success focused on operations and supply chain management. The Senior Instock Manager supports the team that works directly with strategic vendors to help improve their success at Amazon by building and nurturing an operational partnership. The Senior Instock Manager will help to create an engaging experience for our vendor partners by driving issue resolution in a timely manner. The Senior Instock Manager candidate will have the opportunity to identify improvements in our vendors’ supply chains, invent solutions for improvement, and proactively identify potential issues before they surface.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
