Senior Human Resource Manager

StautRH and Kestria Brasil-EXECUTIVE SEARCH DIVISION, acting in C-level positions, are looking for a Human Resources Manager to work in greater São Paulo, SP.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus);

- Knowledge of HR systems;

- Generalist HR experience, preferably in the industrial sector;

- Experience in team management and continuous improvement initiatives;

- Ability to work strategically and operationally, balancing both efficiently;

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals;

- Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture;

- Drive organizational development initiatives and change management;

- Manage recruitment, retention, and talent development to ensure the company has top professionals;

- Oversee compensation and benefits policies in partnership with the global team;

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and promote a healthy, productive work environment;

- Analyze HR metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance employee experience.
