Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate degree is a plus);
- Knowledge of HR systems;
- Generalist HR experience, preferably in the industrial sector;
- Experience in team management and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ability to work strategically and operationally, balancing both efficiently;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization.
