The project: We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with solid experience building applications for both Flutter Web and Mobile platforms to work with a renowned client in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, contributing to architectural decisions, and working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. We expect you to be proactive in discussions, help guide architectural improvements, and influence technical decisions to deliver scalable and efficient solutions, working on challenging, innovative projects in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
2. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
3. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the codebase and development practices.
4. Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
5. Debug, profile, and resolve technical issues.
6. Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, best practices, and community tools.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Solid experience in Flutter development, with a portfolio of apps across mobile and web.
2. Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and best practices.
3. Ability to analyze, propose, and implement architecture improvements.
4. Experience working in agile teams using tools like Git, Jira, or similar.
5. Fluent English (spoken and written) with clear communication and technical articulation skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.

Desirable:

1. Experience with international clients or distributed teams.
2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Flutter web optimization, and performance profiling.
3. Track record of delivering complex technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
4. Previous experience integrating Zoom into an application.
