Currently, we are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

What you will be doing:

The Senior DevOps Engineer will build, manage, and automate infrastructure, tools, and services that make operating a massive large-scale distributed system simple and easy. In addition, they will be the focal point for owning end-to-end customer experience and channeling the requirements to improve service performance, scalability, and reliability. The candidate will be hands-on with a broad understanding of business applications and systems integration, web services, backend infrastructure, Cloud security, and build & release engineering. The candidate will also work with the IT/business application team to streamline the customer onboarding process including API integration, data cleansing, and data synchronization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Bridge the gap between business applications, cloud operations, customer support, and engineering and bring a solution together
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options, recommendations, and additional actions relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items
• Review and analyze application code to identify the root cause and provide solution options, ability to identify alternatives, and make contingency plans
• Provide application performance and feature capability improvement recommendations to the product development team for a better customer experience
• Drive product excellence by fully incorporating Operations Requirements
• Improve provisioning, automation, configuration, integration, deployment, and release processes
• Collaborate with development and QA on Engineering projects

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience with the AWS or similar environment, including building, automating provisioning/de-provisioning, and managing complex secure cloud environments
• Excellent programming knowledge in Python
• Excellent Knowledge of container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes (IaC)
• Experience using AWS console and creating resources in AWS
• Experience in terminal-based languages like bash and PowerShell
• Experience in debugging issues in Linux systems
• Ability to write Helm Charts for deploying any type of resource
• In-depth knowledge and experience working in Kubernetes resources, especially RBAC, Namespaces, HPA, and PDBs
• Have coded IAAC using an infrastructure creation tool such as Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience troubleshooting Linux systems be it in server or docker
