About the role

As Senior Demand Generation, you will own, build, and optimize outbound and inbound marketing strategies while mentoring and technically collaborating with BDRs from day one. You will focus on LinkedIn prospecting, email automation, and multi-channel ABM campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive pipeline and revenue. High performance will be expected, with a clear path to growing the team as demand scales.

On a typical day, you will…

  • Mentor BDR Team – Mentor and technically guide the performance of 2 Business Development Representatives (BDRs), ensuring consistent outbound pipeline growth.
  • Outbound Demand Generation & Prospecting – Develop and manage targeted LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to engage high-value accounts.
  • Inbound Pipeline Growth – Optimize SEO, SEM, paid digital, and retargeting to attract, capture, and convert high-intent leads.
  • ABM & Hyper-Personalization – Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and intent data to execute highly targeted, multi-touch ABM campaigns that engage key decision-makers.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment – Work closely with the U.S. sales team, leveraging Gong and Salesforce insights to refine messaging, optimize engagement, and improve conversion rates.
  • Automated Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up – Design and optimize email sequences, drip campaigns, and LinkedIn touchpoints to effectively move leads through the funnel.
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization – Track, analyze, and optimize pipeline impact, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI using Salesforce, Gong, and marketing attribution models.

What you’ll need to bring...

  • Outbound-First Demand Gen Experience – 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a strong background in LinkedIn prospecting, email automation, and outbound strategy.
  • Proven Mentorship experience – Experience mentoring, coaching, and scaling a BDR team with high expectations for performance and expansion.
  • ABM & Multi-Touch Growth Strategist – Strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), LinkedIn outreach, cold outbound, and paid media.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Revenue-Focused Growth Marketer – Deep understanding of pipeline metrics, MQL-to-SQL conversion, CAC, LTV, and attribution modeling to optimize demand strategy.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment Expert – Experience collaborating with U.S. sales teams to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads and increase deal velocity.
