We are looking for an Experienced Application Specialist with a proven track record of independently managing project teams and making an impact with customers. You will be based at our São Paulo Innovation Center and will play a crucial role in supporting sales and product development of Cultures & Dairy enzymes for the Fresh dairy segment.

Your main focus will be:

• Independently navigates projects from start to finish, and acts as a project leader in teams.
• Proactive in using dairy ingredients and portfolio knowledge.
• High level knowledge of recipe ingredients, raw materials and their functionalities in the Dairy segment.
• Develop and improve finished product formulations using knowledge of industrial standards, country-specific, and client requirements.
• Research, refining, and upgrading solutions for client projects.
• Maintains and continuously renovates recipe database.
• Develops products/customers preferences and ensure concept/submission alignment internally and at customer.
• Drives usage of new technology, promoting benefits and commercial applications for customers.
• Engage management to obtain appropriate resources or expertise.
• Mentor trainees and more junior application colleagues.

Education and relevant experience requirements:

• MSc with 9+ years or PhD with 6+ years of experience in Dairy Science, Food Engineering, or Dairy Technologist.

Experience required:

• Successfully led a high impact technical or project team.
