As a Security Technical Specialist, you will work within a virtual team of sales, technical, partner, and consulting resources to enhance the team capabilities for extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, and cloud security. You will improve both your consultative selling skills as well as your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Scale Customer Engagements: Remediates blockers; leads and ensures technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies. Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently; builds credibility as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security.
2. Scale Through Partners: Engages in partner sell-with scenarios and supports partner technical capacity.
3. Build Strategy: Contributes to Microsoft Security strategy development, shapes strategic win plans, and tailors Microsoft messaging for security opportunities.
4. Solution Design & Proof: Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environments.
5. Education: Builds their own readiness plan and grows domain knowledge and practices expertise in extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust, and cloud security.
6. Deep engagement: Takes the lead in technical sales and initial deployment guidance among entire cybersecurity for Hungary's largest enterprises.
7. Customer and Regulator Issue Management: Own assigned customer and regulator issues associated with cloud regulatory compliance and privacy.
8. Standardization and Documentation: Standardize compliance solutions into repeatable approaches and prepare excellent documentation.
9. Customer Engagement and Technical Wins: Engage with customers proactively and independently, using knowledge of customer context to build credibility.
10. Data Governance and Compliance Solutions: Engage with customers to understand their data governance and compliance challenges and propose Microsoft Purview as a solution.
11. Collaboration and Field Feedback: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and provide feedback to product teams.
12. Scaling Through Partners and Strategy Development: Engage in partner sell-with scenarios and support partner technical capacity.
13. Solution Design and Proof: Demonstrate and oversee demonstrations, present architecture patterns, and drive cross-workload support for compliance.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
2. General understanding of Microsoft's security portfolio and platform capabilities.
3. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
4. Strong technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:

1. Solid experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
2. Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g. SC-100).
3. Experience from technical presales team from other security vendors.
4. Other Security Solutions certifications (non-Microsoft).
