Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop a comprehensive Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system to consolidate, cleanse, and manage customer data.
2. Implement Event-driven architecture using Kafka.
3. 4+ years of experience in developing applications using GraphQL.
4. 4+ years of experience leading teams.
5. Administer and manage RedHat Satellite, overseeing Master satellite server and capsule server infrastructure for a fleet of servers.
6. Develop and maintain scripting solutions using Bash, Python, Terraform, and YAML to automate system tasks.
7. Ensure data integrity, security, and governance in a fast-paced environment.
8. Implement Master data management best practices.
9. Work with Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and other tools to process and transform data.
10. Leverage Terraform, GitHub, and CI/CD to manage infrastructure as code.
11. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams.

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum of 6 years in buying, account management, or related fields.
2. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade in English and Portuguese.
3. Expertise in automation tools, particularly Ansible Tower/AAP.
4. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
5. Strong scripting skills in Bash.
6. 7+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL.
7. Experience in Master Data Management (preferably in the Customer domain).
8. Fluent in English.
9. Experience with ETL Development and Data Modeling.

Day-to-Day: This role will be working on highly visible MDM2.0 project or LATAM IR with highly aggressive timelines.

Vendor Oversight: Promote a One-Team organization preferred. Clinical trial experience and experience overseeing vendor performance and risk management scenarios preferred. Financial and contractual experience is a plus.
