We are looking for a SAP VIM Consultant, who wants to learn and transform his career.

Knowledge and activities :

• SAP S4 Hana VIM, and complete knowledge for VIM set up and integration to other peripheral system. Deep understanding of Accounts payable process.
• SAP Technical Skills Optional / Preferred : SAP functional AP consultant and VIM consultant.
• Practical expertise in the Accounts payable and VIM. Must have experience and worked on VIM and integration of VIM for external invoice - particularly on SAP Ariba Supplier Network & Supplier enablement AP processes integrations.
• This role requires following job functions:
• Serve as primary contact for the SAP VIM. Coordinate Identified efforts for vendor invoice integration to VIM.
• Work on WRICEF for VIM integration to Ariba network.
• Well conversant on DP set up, approval and invoice exception management in VIM.
• Able to set up and amend the invoice workflow in SAP VIM.
• Integration of VIM component to S4 HANA AP right from DP invoice to Payment run.
• Ensure accurate data from Identified Supplier data collection of invoices.
• Create and approve Identified Business process design, to be processes, configuration document, cutover task, Sit / UAT, and support hyper care and hand over of project to customer.
• Interact with customer business contact for gathering business requirements, must collaborate with Ariba team for invoice rules set up on Ariba network, build and show demo of invoice process, educate customer representative, prepare training content and lead training workshops and education content.
• Reinforce Solution compliance with Identified business AP SPOCs / department stakeholders as part of change management program.
• Participate in user acceptance testing. Conduct enablement related cutover activities.
• Overall responsibility for owning, coordinating all training activity for end-users on the Ariba Network, S4 Hana, SAP VIM SAP Ariba Solutions, and Customer internal systems.
• English Fluent; Spanish is a differential.

Supplementary experience - preferable:

• Experience on SAP Ariba Commerce automation / Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, Hands-on experience on SAP ECC / S4 HANA- AP / MM / Procurements.
