Job Description

• Role would be foreseen within support and guidance in the S4/HANA template build design team.
• Support and guidance on Mexican country specifics and legal requirements - like eDocumentation, CFDi 4.0, Maquiladora.
• Alignment with the roll-out counterparts from the Mexican plant will be necessary.
• Specifically, the support in the template build design to fully understand and design the process requirements while meeting country-specific and legal requirements.
• Business representatives for the above main processes as part of the global S/4HANA template rollout with Mexico Localization Implementation.
• Proactive preparation, implementation, and follow-up of specialist workshops in a lead function, in particular fit/gap analyses as part of the rollout.
• Identification of required local GAPs in cooperation with the customer team and IT.
• Derivation of the target process design based on SAP S/4HANA for identified and approved gaps.
• Accompanying the realization and testing from a business point of view.
• Status reporting and reporting to project management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC, S4 HANA Implementation/Rollout experience.
• SAP S4HANA experience on functional configuration with the SAP Sales, Financial Accounting & Controlling modules.
• Experience in full end-to-end implementation in SAP roll-out/implementation projects.
• Knowledge of chart of Accounts, General Ledger/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Bank transactions/Direct & Indirect Taxes/Fixed Assets, Mexico Localization (CFDi, eAccounting, ePayments), WHT certificates.
• Worked on DRC solution for e-invoicing solution for Mexico on both AP and AR side (in S4).
• Exposure to country-specific requirements/New GL will be preferred.
• Knowledge of CO-Cost center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal order accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Project Methodologies.
• Exposure to Cutover strategy, Testing, and Migration are mandatory.
• Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities.
• Good in managing aspects of the Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend project situations to management.
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Provide project leadership, work direction, and feedback.
• Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables.
• Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
