Job Description

The position is responsible for handling S4HANA rollout as Operations with PP, PM, QM. Takes complete responsibility for the rollout with all the phases of the project. Contribute from requirement gathering to go-live. Need to have high interaction with users and other stakeholders of the project and intermittent travels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design/implementation/consulting experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and Production Planning
• Should have worked in at least two end-to-end Implementation projects starting from build and deploy of pilot templates, rollout of templates across regions, and support experience
• Experience in at least one S/4 HANA project is preferred
• Good business process knowledge and consulting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Structured approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA and SolMan applications
• Resource should have a Professional graduation
• Willing to travel to customer locations for project requirements
• Domain expertise in Plant Maintenance and Production Planning functional area
• Experience in EDI setup and interfaces to other external systems
• Should be able to understand the template design and identify the gaps for rollout related to country/region specific requirements
• Must have experience on SAP Rollout projects, especially in SAP PM processes
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Must have good knowledge in Production Resource Tools management
• Must have good knowledge in Preventive maintenance process
• Must have good knowledge in Reactive maintenance process
• Experience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIs
• Experience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCs
• Good Integration knowledge with other SAP Modules Such as FICO & PP
• Should have a Strong client-facing experience
• Should have good knowledge on Maintenance – Serial number management process
• Should have good knowledge on Maintenance – Master Data such as Equipment master, Functional location, etc.
• Should have good knowledge on Maintenance Planning process
• Ability to configure, manage master data changes, end-to-end process flow
• Good to have ABAP technical knowledge
• Ability to design FS, End User Training Document
