What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Communications Specialist
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)

1. Research, draft, and edit clear and concise internal communications for multiple audiences including employee news articles, leadership messages, Power Point presentations, emails, announcements, program/project correspondence, and other organization-wide communication pieces.
2. Create and design captivating promotional materials and multimedia communications, such as digital banners, infographics, social media posts, videos, and more, for our internal audiences.
3. Ensure that all internal communications are delivered in accordance with the company branding and voice.
4. Ensure alignment of project communications with organizational objectives and messaging.
5. Measure and analyze communication success metrics to improve communications performance.
6. Manage content for SAP Support’s internal collaboration portals, SAP Work Zone.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain stakeholder relationships.

What you bring:
We’re looking for a strategic student who takes initiative and is curious. You’re able to own projects from start to finish and can problem-solve strategically and independently.
Educational requirements:

1. Fluency in English
2. Candidates should be in pursuit of bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3. This role is best for someone in their second internship / Co-op, or beyond.
4. Experience in the tech industry is an asset.

Desired skills/experience to be successful in this role:

1. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in projects, complemented by strategic project thinking from start to finish.
2. Excellent writing and storytelling skills to engage employees across different regions, countries, line of businesses, and cultures.
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and can manage time effectively with top-notch prioritization skills.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive. Experience with SharePoint is not necessary but would be an asset.
5. Eye for design: Basic understanding and creative eye for graphic design, turning ideas and concepts into visually effective collateral. Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Figma is not necessary but would be an asset.
6. Experience with video production software such as Premiere Pro is an asset but not necessary.
7. Ability to think strategically and navigate feedback from various stakeholders and work cross-functionally with people of different skill sets and across multiple time-zones.
8. Openness to learn: Not only receptive to feedback and suggestions, but also willing to proactively ask for feedback.
9. Ability to effectively manage and track project timelines independently.

Meet your team:
Reporting to the Integrated Communications Lead, the successful candidate will be working within the Communications team in the Product Support Executive Office. This team focuses on the “people side” of the organization, including employee engagement, change management, learning & development, and other people topics.
