- Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and objectives.
User Support and Training:
- Manage data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow, to streamline business processes.
Requirements Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce administration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
