About the project: As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for system architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring junior developers. You will serve as a key reference in technical, project, and client-related matters, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
How your day-to-day work will look like:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Define and implement system architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
- Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical problem-solving.
- Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Lead Salesforce Data Migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Manage team productivity, identifying blockers and tracking resolution.
- Define and propose improvements in CI/CD configurations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
- Promote Agile methodologies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
This would make you the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce development.
- 4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- 4+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Migration.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployments.
- Knowledge of AWS: DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, and Lambda.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role.
