What You Will Do:
- Assisting the CEO in identifying and tracking leads.
- Searching for potential customers via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Answering inquiries via messages (not phone calls or meetings).
- Organizing and managing follow-ups to ensure timely communication.
- Understanding and analyzing buyer personas, pain points, and triggers to improve conversion.
- Assisting in sales funnel development and sales script creation.
- Posting content and engaging with audiences on social media.
- Monitoring engagement by scrolling through comments and interactions.
- Reviewing data to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Working with the marketing team to develop offers, campaigns, and proposals.
- Supporting the tracking and analysis of advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads).
- Sorting and managing large datasets to extract valuable insights.
What We Expect:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the US market
- Sales experience within the Data Center industry or engineering services in the US is essential
- Strong work ethic and ability to remain self-motivated in a remote work environment
- Effective communication skills with management to ensure efficient task completion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn for sales prospecting, lead generation, and outreach
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus
- Solid understanding of the sales process and its dynamics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to optimize conversion rates
- Capability to work independently while aligning with company goals
