The Sales Manager is a key player in driving the successful implementation of sales strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. By building strong, lasting relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions, the specialist will help drive revenue growth and expand market share. Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement and execute sales strategies in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth and expand the customer base.
Analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Client Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand and address client needs, proactively resolving concerns, and providing solutions in alignment with their business objectives.
Serve as a point of contact for client issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Sales Process Enhancement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with the overall company strategy.
Participate in improving the sales process, from lead generation to prospecting and deal closure.
Implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Contribute to the development of accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Utilize market insights to adapt and refine the sales approach to maintain competitiveness.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales roles and achieving revenue targets.
Experience with Fintechs or related technology sectors (SaaS, financial services, etc.) is desirable
Understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions.
Experience collaborating with and supporting a diverse sales team.
Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferably speaks both in English and Spanish.
