In this position, you will be responsible for:

Sales Development

  1. Top line results of the portfolio
  2. Pricing and value chain
  3. Forecasting & stock monitoring
  4. Monthly Reporting
  5. Contract management

Distributor & Key Account Management

  1. Manage day to day relationship with business partners
  2. Development of annual plan & target setting with distributors
  3. KPI setting and monitoring
  4. Monthly Business Review and progress meeting with distributors
  5. Developing distributor’s in-market execution capabilities
  6. Roll-out key initiatives in the market

Strategy Development

  1. Development of strategic growth plans for regions
  2. Business case development for key initiatives
  3. Yearly development of commercial plan and budget

Activating Business Focused Team South America

Working in close cooperation with colleagues in Customer Support, Marketing, Demand Planning & Finance to run operations and develop key decisions for business.
