The Sales Director – Latin America is responsible for the leadership, planning, developing, and oversight of all commercial activities to ensure region revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals are met for the region. The primary responsibility is to develop and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve revenue targets while selling a premium product line in a complex selling environment. The Sales Director – Latin America will oversee and manage key performance metrics to include funnel management, value selling, and long-range planning. The Sales Director – Latin America will operate in a matrix organization, and will be responsible for leading the commercial organization, while also providing strategic leadership across the different functions to ensure the organization optimally.
