AVL South America offers a job in Brazil (BR) as Sales and Marketing Assistant. AVL is the world’s largest independent company for the development, simulation, and testing of powertrain systems (hybrid, combustion engines, transmission, electric drive, batteries, fuel cell, and control technology) for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, construction, large engines, and their integration into the vehicle. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the Sales (Back Office) team at our Perdizes - SP unit.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales support, including the preparation of quotations, presentations, marketing materials, and report analysis.
• Organization and preparation of events, such as AVL Techday, integrating various subcontractors (catering, sound/video, gifts, etc.).
• Organization of travel, hotel and flight reservations, documentation, and customer portals for the sales team.
• Creation and control of marketing materials.
• Creation and editing of technical-commercial proposals.
• Execution of administrative, marketing, and back-office routines.
• Contact with customers and suppliers, both internal and external.
• Work model: On-site 5x a week, with the possibility of hybrid (3x on-site / 2x home office).

YOUR PROFILE:

• Advanced English (writing and speaking).
• Good interpersonal relationships, proactivity, organization, and communication.
• Interest in the technical-commercial area and customer contact.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Basic prior knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/TOTVS/SFDC).
• Knowledge of electronic platforms (Mercado Eletrônico/Petronet/ARIBA).
• Interest in B2B marketing activities (organization of fairs and events / mailing).
