Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team to manage and optimize sales operations through order processing, invoicing, data analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
AFM Invoicing
Data Collection and Analysis
Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and present key findings to the sales and marketing teams
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends and competitive activities.
Order Entry in Service Max:
Correction and updating of accounts in Salesforce.
Order analysis, customer data analysis, and adjustments in Navision.
Input of the order in Service Max, informing the customer about receipt, verifying the order until it is confirmed.
Input of the order in the billing spreadsheet.
Contract entry in Smax.
SMA Order Entry:
Order analysis - customer information.
PQU in Navision.
Input of the order in the billing spreadsheet.
Order Entry parts:
Order analysis - customer information.
Imported parts, out of stock - import request
Stock parts - input of the order in Navision.
Invoicing of Service Invoices, Monthly Contract Invoice Issuance
Requirements
Strong ability to evaluate complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent ability to present findings clearly to various stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.
Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
