1. Client Relationships: Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, working closely with CEOs and department heads to integrate automation and streamline their operations using HubSpot CRM and other tools.
2. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your team of technicians to ensure seamless project execution and professional growth.
3. Strategic Impact: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, then design and implement tech-driven solutions that free up their time to focus on growth.
4. Hands-On Problem-Solving: Oversee the creation and optimization of automation workflows, ensuring systems are efficient and aligned with client goals.
