Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Relationship:
You will be the face of our Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing business to your customers. Your role will involve comprehensive communication about our sophisticated business concepts and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and business adoption.
Business Acumen:
You will have the opportunity to grow your knowledge of the airline business practice, related to Revenue Management and Pricing, to Offer Management, and beyond. You will also train your customers on best practices.
Data Science:
You will navigate through large amounts of data and represent them comprehensively to your customer. You will also understand why and how our Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing capabilities are calibrated on the customer data sets.
Business Development:
You will establish and maintain a business adoption roadmap with your customer, based on future needs for business support and consultancy. You will also identify upsell opportunities and participate in pre-sales engagements.
Individual & Team Growth:
You will develop your internal network and connect to people having the relevant experience, skill, and competence. You will also coach your teammates on consulting skills – customer communication, business acumen, or data science – with a specific focus on coaching junior consultants and newcomers in your team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: We’re looking for candidates with a Master’s or university degree in business management, engineering, or operations research. Fluency in English is a must.
Relevant Work Experience: Experience in the airline industry, preferably in revenue management, pricing, network planning, or sales and marketing is highly desirable. Experience in information technology, preferably in the travel and tourism industry, as well as data science and visualization, operations research, is a plus.
Base Competencies: The ideal candidate is curious, eager to learn, passionate about the airline industry, customer-centric, accountable, result-driven, and flexible. We value proactivity and openness to change.
