We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support process automation, GTM tools optimization, and ad-hoc reporting for our revenue organization. This role will play a key part in improving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enabling sales and customer success teams with better tools and insights.
Responsibilities
- Process Automation: Identify inefficiencies in revenue workflows and implement automation to streamline operations.
- Tool Optimization: Support the management and improvement of GTM tools, including Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
- Reporting & Insights: Assist in building reports and dashboards to support sales performance tracking and operational analytics.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure accurate and reliable data across CRM and revenue systems, maintaining high-quality reporting.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and CS Ops teams to optimize processes and align reporting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and other GTM tools (Apollo, Gong, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
- Understanding of process automation tools and workflows in a SaaS or sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with customer success and sales enablement processes.
- Understanding of revenue forecasting models and sales performance metrics.
