OVERVIEW
This role is accountable for providing health, safety, environment and security (HSES) support to facilities in their region. The regional manager will provide direct support to the Lubrizol facilities located in Central and South America (note: the regional manager will also provide support to some smaller sites in the USA). The regional manager is also responsible for providing direct support to assure ongoing safe operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and corporate policies and standards while striving for continuous improvement and industry best practices in support of One Lubrizol. The position is ideally located in South America, near a Lubrizol manufacturing facility.
Accountability:
The Regional HSES Manager, Americas, is accountable for providing support in the region to achieve HSES objectives and best-in-class performance in alignment with corporate goals and objectives. This position supports the implementation of corporate programs, initiatives, and management systems in the facilities of their region in support of the broader organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Position requires domestic and international travel estimated at 20%.
