What you'll do:

As a Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee the customer browsing process in Electrolux Group stores within the entire Latin America region, as well as promotional campaigns, contributing to the definition and execution of the best strategies to achieve the best sales results. If you have great analytical and organizational skills, can easily communicate and negotiate with others, and can combine your strategic perspective with a people-first approach, this is your chance! In detail, you will:

  1. Take charge of the customer purchase marketing process, promoting the best experience for customers in digital stores in Latin American markets;
  2. Define strategy and implement action plans to reach the best sales and Conversion Rate results;
  3. Collaborate with prioritization of the digital stores roadmap alongside outsourced agencies;
  4. Lead and promote digital experience improvement projects alongside multidisciplinary teams;
  5. Lead and promote implementation of Design Concept and Design System with focus in Marketing;
  6. Manage promotional calendar and campaigns per store and in the Customer Relationship Management tool;
  7. Analyze the area's KPIs, reporting achievements and promoting action plans to meet and improve desired results;
  8. Interface with stakeholder areas to create a sustainable environment for customer journey at stores.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, Business Administration or related areas;
  2. Advanced skills in structuring digital purchasing processes with up-to-date tools, such as VTEX;
  3. Consistent background in measuring digital sales metrics through CRO and Google Analytics KPIs;
  4. Solid experience with digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce;
  5. Experience with management of digital projects (UX/UI) and CRO KPIs;
  6. Knowledge of CRM tools;
  7. Previous experience with people management, with proven skills with its tools and techniques;
  8. Advanced Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel);
  9. Advanced English;
  10. Intermediate Spanish.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Group Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
