ROLE: Regional Account Director

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

In this Regional Account Director role, you'll lead a dynamic team to create impactful and strategic content across various platforms. As a key leader, you’ll build and nurture senior client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and creative thinking are at the forefront of all initiatives.

Required:

1. Work in true collaboration with the client and be responsible for Brand Guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
2. Maintain overall financial control of accounts, covering profitability, forecasting accuracy, and fee negotiation.
3. Lead the execution of projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting growth targets.
4. Act as the escalation point for any issues related to SLA adherence or process improvements.
5. Develop new business opportunities and introduce innovative solutions.
6. Oversee a cross-functional team, including designers and project managers, to deliver creative production for the entire region.
7. Fluent in Spanish and English.

5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in emerging technologies such as AI, enhancing project deliveries.
6. Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred.
