Job Description

In this role, you will build and maintain a country-specific Referral Network in different therapeutic indications.

Home-based position
Only CV's in English will be considered

You will:

1. Search and select Referring Centers and Investigators and provide training and ongoing support to them on the referral process
2. Implement the country-specific referral process related guidelines and trainings for Referring Physicians
3. Prepare, conduct and report qualification visits to Referring Centers as well as further visits of the Centers, on demand
4. Organize, prepare and conduct effective meetings and trainings with Referring Physicians and follow-up on action items
5. Support Referring Physicians and their staff to ensure proper and accurate task performance
6. Maintain referral process-specific documentation

Qualifications

1. College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
2. 3-4 years of clinical research experience as Clinical Research Associate
3. Prior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRA
4. Ability to communicate effectively with Investigators and Study Nurses
5. Full working proficiency in Portuguese and English
6. Spanish will be a plus
7. Availability to travel
8. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
9. PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
