We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions. This role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a hunter mindset to drive new business and grow key accounts.

Experience & Background

  • 3–7+ years of successful B2B sales experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals.
  • Deep understanding of hiring solutions, including contingent staffing, direct hire, and RPO models.

Sales & Business Development Skills

  • Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Expertise in consultative selling—able to uncover pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Skilled in handling objections and closing deals with confidence.
  • Solid pipeline and territory management; able to prioritize and move opportunities forward.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, JazzHR).
  • Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles, balancing volume with strategy.

Industry Knowledge

  • Understanding of key HR and TA challenges such as high turnover, hard-to-fill roles, and employer branding.
  • Familiar with various staffing models (contract, temp-to-perm, direct placement, high-volume hiring).
  • Basic knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workforce trends.
  • Experience working across industries like tech, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing is a plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling staffing solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Existing network of HR and Talent Acquisition contacts.
  • Familiarity with AI-based hiring platforms or recruitment automation tools.
  • Background in strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
